🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility management and engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RIFM) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards, including OSHA and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
