📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct one-on-one IELTS preparation sessions with students, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the IELTS syllabus and cater to students' specific needs.
• Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to students and their parents/guardians.
• Use real-world materials and interactive teaching methods to make lessons engaging and effective.
• Collaborate with other tutors and the teaching team to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
• Stay updated on IELTS exam trends and changes to ensure students receive the most relevant and up-to-date preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching space, and ensure all materials are properly stored and maintained.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience.
• Certification in IELTS teaching (e.g., IELTS Trainer, IELTS Academic or General Module) is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in English language instruction.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other relevant platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
