📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain heavy vehicles and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials.
• Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, excavation, and finishing.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work alongside a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Participate in regular training and development programs.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials at construction sites.
• Help in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver or similar role in the construction industry.
• Valid driver's license for heavy vehicles.
• Experience with heavy machinery and equipment.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.
• Good knowledge of construction safety and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
