📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to address operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like MS Project or Trello.
