📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development of new store openings, ensuring they meet M Mart's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site selection and feasibility studies to identify the best locations for new stores.
• Negotiate leases and manage construction projects, working closely with contractors and local authorities.
• Develop and implement store development plans, including layout design and equipment specifications.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Development Manager.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, including real estate agents, suppliers, and community leaders, to ensure successful store openings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in retail development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail development, store operations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful store development and expansion projects.
• Strong negotiation and lease management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
