Securindo Packatama Indonesia is looking for an IT Hardware Staff to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing hardware systems, ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving technical challenges.

As an IT Hardware Staff, you'll work closely with our IT team to support daily operations, troubleshoot hardware issues, and implement new systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Support IT staff with hardware-related tasks and projects.
Monitor hardware performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
Document hardware configurations and maintenance procedures.
Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.
Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring hardware issues are resolved promptly.
Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware support or a related role.
Proficiency in using hardware diagnostic tools and software, such as HPE OneView, Dell OpenManage, or similar.
Knowledge of server hardware, workstations, and networking equipment.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
