📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Document and report any defects or non-conformities found during inspections.
Work with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Use quality control tools and software such as SAP QM, ISO 9001, and Six Sigma to monitor and improve quality processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Provide training and support to production teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and best practices.
Proficient in using quality control tools and software such as SAP QM, ISO 9001, and Six Sigma.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
