📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Document and report any defects or non-conformities found during inspections.
• Work with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Use quality control tools and software such as SAP QM, ISO 9001, and Six Sigma to monitor and improve quality processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Provide training and support to production teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software such as SAP QM, ISO 9001, and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
