In this role, you will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all materials are properly stocked, organized, and accounted for. You will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance materials and spare parts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the inventory of maintenance materials and spare parts using SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Ensure that all materials are properly stocked, organized, and accounted for.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance materials and spare parts.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all materials are readily available for use.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Develop and implement procedures for inventory management and control.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proven experience with SAP MM and SAP SD.
• Certification in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance materials and spare parts is a plus.
