📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage petty cash transactions, including disbursements and reconciliations.
• Process and verify expense reimbursements for employees.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports to the finance manager.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Support the finance manager in financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
