📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their skills and performance.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices in the industry.,Assist in the development of training budgets and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
