In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, software, and network equipment.,Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.,Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.,Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and outages.,Provide technical support to employees and departments.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
