📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by monitoring food preparation and cooking processes.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by following health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Participate in menu planning and development to ensure a variety of dishes are available.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining food safety standards.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
