📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Ensure health and safety standards are met on all sites.
4. Monitor project progress and quality, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
5. Manage site budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
6. Report to senior management on project status and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget.
5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
6. Familiarity with construction software and technology is a plus.
