📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.,Identify, record, and document software defects and track them to resolution.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and meet project deadlines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the software development process.,Mentor and train junior QA testers and engineers.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.,Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards and are ready for deployment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.,Proven experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.,Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
