📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the section.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Lead and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.,Plan and organize team activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR and payroll systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
