📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing primary medical care to employees, including first aid and emergency response.
  • Maintaining and updating medical records and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assisting in the organization of health and safety training sessions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the health and safety program.
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees on health and safety matters.
  • Participating in health and safety audits and inspections.
  • Promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
