📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team in the Balikpapan region.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to support sales initiatives.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Understanding of the local market dynamics in Balikpapan.,Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
