As a Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our company's goals and the needs of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and employee needs.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and provide feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online content.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify training gaps and opportunities.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and online learning platforms.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
