NEXUS Group is seeking a Lead Personalia Staff to join our team in Gunung Kidul. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the personnel department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing excellent HR services to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the personnel department, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Recruit, select, and onboard new employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive hiring process.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle any HR-related disputes or grievances.,Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve issues effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
