📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the inventory control process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of inventory.,Develop and maintain inventory reports and databases for accurate record-keeping.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure adequate inventory availability.,Implement inventory management software and systems to streamline processes.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
