Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of commis chefs, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and customer expectations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and supplies as needed.,Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting improvements to existing dishes.,Handle customer complaints and concerns related to food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
