Cafe Tono Geprek is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports.,Train and develop junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent theft or loss.,Collaborate with the management team to improve cashiering processes and customer experience.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or related roles in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing cashiering operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
