📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
