Crown Max Nusantara is seeking a motivated Junior HR Staff to join our team in Bontang. As a Junior HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits, and leave requests.,Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff members.,Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR department in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
