📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.
• Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR-related reports and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in human resources to support the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a hospitality or similar industry.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
