As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and correctly.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Assist with cash handling and transaction processing.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.,Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards in the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work both in-office and remotely (hybrid model).,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.
