📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
