📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate training and development programs,Handle HR-related administrative tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Ability to speak and write in English is a plus
