📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and enhance productivity.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
