📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to both local and international guests,Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system,Ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reported correctly,Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area,Assisting with inventory management and stock control,Handling cash and ensuring the safekeeping of company funds,Providing information about our products and services to customers,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Friendly and professional demeanor,Basic computer skills, particularly with point of sale systems,Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory
