📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.,Ensure that all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor project budgets and ensure they are being adhered to.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues.,Prepare and submit regular reports on site progress and any challenges encountered.,Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for site activities.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing construction and maintenance projects.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
