📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.,Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.,Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.,Promote our products and services to customers, up-selling when appropriate.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
