PT Bangka Fashion Crafts is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pattern Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and efficient patterns for our garment designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the garment industry, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and create accurate and efficient patterns for garment designs.,Ensure patterns meet quality standards and customer specifications.,Collaborate with designers and other team members to achieve the best possible designs.,Maintain and update pattern libraries and templates.,Troubleshoot and resolve pattern-related issues.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Mentor and train junior pattern makers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the garment industry, with a focus on pattern making.,Proficient in using pattern-making software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.,Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and drape.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer preferences is a plus.
