In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups and check-ins.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the laundry or cleaning industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Familiarity with sales and account management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
