📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

Manage and mentor junior accountants.

Maintain and update financial records and systems.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
