CV Teknologi Fajar is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Ensure the safety of the team and all equipment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and maintain all equipment and vehicles.,Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Train and mentor new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and write English fluently.
