📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation scheduling.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to warehouse and transportation staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of improving logistics operations and reducing costs.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
