📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services.,Monitor store performance, sales, and customer satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the insurance industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
