As an Early Childhood Educator / Daycare Teacher at SproutsUcare, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing engaging activities that promote the holistic development of children aged 2-6 years. You will work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and daycare, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and facilitate age-appropriate learning activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that adheres to early childhood education standards.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and support individual learning needs.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring children's health and safety.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.
• Monitor children's behavior, health, and safety, and report any issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Promote a positive and respectful classroom culture that values diversity and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR for Early Childhood Educators, First Aid for Early Childhood Educators, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
