📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform calibration and verification of precision measurement instruments using industry-standard tools such as calibration standards, reference meters, and software like LabVIEW and Calibration Manager.
• Develop and maintain calibration procedures and documentation in accordance with ISO 17025 and other relevant standards.
• Conduct traceability studies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our calibration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve calibration-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our calibration processes and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members on calibration techniques and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of calibration equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in calibration and metrology, preferably in a high-precision environment.
• Certification in calibration and metrology, such as Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of calibration standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using calibration software such as Calibration Manager, LabVIEW, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
