📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Review financial records, transactions, and documents to identify discrepancies and irregularities.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and processes to enhance financial accuracy.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in accounting and auditing.,Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all audit-related activities.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or a similar role in the accounting field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and management.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices is a plus.
