PULSE Indonesia is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing technical documents, manuals, and guides that help our clients understand and use our products effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and edit technical documents, manuals, and guides in Indonesian and English.,Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Review and proofread documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling product literature.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
